Jiminy, there's not even a shadow of a joke today. There's some math-related marginalia, but Gladys Kravitz? WTF?
Sadly, there are lots of calculators more than $98. I've never heard of them being required in 7th or 8th grade (we weren't *allowed* calculators then - but I also had to walk up hill in the snow to and from school while doing a lot of plustulating and dividation in my head)...
