Out of Reach

I know I am starting to become repetitive about The Dinette Set, but seriously...

These people are far to stupid to have a functioning autonomic nervous system.

I guess I need to add today's "effort" to the growing list of panels in which Burl and Joy display preternatural stupidity about relatively simple concepts involving mathematics, linguistics, time, and (now) proximity.

I guess they never watched Grover on Sesame Street explaining the concepts of "near" and "far."

AUGH! In the December 6 comic, does anybody know why female characters #1 and #2 are driving around with three corpses in their backseat?

December 7-So, is everyone in the Dinetteverse an idiot? The cast of characters for "A Christmas Carol" includes "The Grim Reaper" instead of "Ghost of Christmas Future". Now, they are very similar physically, but come on, Ms. Larsen!

Of course Burl, or whichever Dinette Dude it actually is, is holding what may be a scythe. Or a fast food fries basket on a stick. Either one fits in with the characters, anyway.

Hey, we can keep this site going without you on your break, it appears.

December 21: Dinette Set is so timely, what with its exploration of an October holiday and a November holiday on...December 21.

i guess we can just agree that this is the worst goddamn comic strip in the history of all time.

You gotta admit, the 2/7 cartoon has a real joke, and is funny. Or maybe reading these cartoons has melted my brain so much that I think some of them are funny.

A Dinette Set is the perfect way to add some style to your kitchen or dining area. Dinette sets are perfect for eating that quick meal or morning breakfast, typically the dinette table is used on an every day basis, unlike the occasional use of the formal dining room.
