It's probably free Showtime week.
I assume the appearance of Seven means that Burl and Dale plan to kill Timmy in some gruesome way. And that The Miracle Worker is sponsored by the Container Store because Ms. Larson thinks it would be funny to see a blind person try to open complicated storage devices.
The Miracle Worker is referenced because she can't hear, and Burl, being the asshole he is, doesn't want to hear Timmy play. Probably the only reference in the past month that I've gotten.
